Culture Videos
Powerful Recruiting is Everything.
With a 2.5% unemployment rate* among college-educated professionals, there is no better differentiator than culture.
So, if we’re all competing for the same A-Player humans…
Why do so many culture videos suck?
They all look the same. Executives talking mission blah blah blah. Show me the amazing humans I want to grow with, and learn from!
Show me their HUMOR.
Show me your company’s SOUL.
Our team produces custom Culture + Recruitment videos to showcase your organization’s unique strengths, quirks, and possibilities. Below are a couple recent examples.

“…CREATIVITY + DRIVE FOR RESULTS.”
Corporate Videos (don’t have to) SUCK.
I was recently asked for an interview on one of my favorite business podcasts, Strongsuit— with the rockstar of the recruiting world Jeff Hyman. In this 20 min interview I share some simple ways to up your recruitment video game, and attract the talent your business needs. Hint: it’s not by showing ping pong tables or beer kegs.
The video above was storyboarded, and produced once we had complete alignment on the central themes. None of the workers were scripted. My brave and boundary-pushing client IAC Applications, and their People Operations leadership pushed my creativity to the limit— (even requiring me to handle all voiceovers.)
But their people are the true differentiator. I was moved when we captured some of these shots. Their organic diversity story, and self-awareness in embracing their quirks are all authentically inspiring—beyond what any corporate communications team could draft as speaking points.
The gentleman at the end sums it up:
“I love my coworkers, that’s the #1 thing. I love my coworkers.”
This represents the next generation in People Recruitment. Major thanks to my production partner Troy Young for the camerawork and editing.
